Your Guide to the
Privacy Health Check

Using our Privacy Health Check tool is meant to be simple and straightforward. Review and follow the steps below to complete your assessment (via the PHC online tool) and get your report (via email).

Simple 3-Step Process:

Step 1:
Purchase & confirm access

  • Purchase the Privacy Health Check (PHC), easy first step.

  • Receive your email confirmation. Please check your junk/spam if your access email has gone that way. 

  • Your confirmation email will include a code or direct link to access the PHC tool online. 

Step 2:
Prepare & complete PHC

  • Review the PHC guide and think about the people and information you may want on hand to help you. 

  • Use the hints and info provided within the PHC tool, we'll help you connect with the right people/teams and know where to look for the info you need. 

  • Review and complete the questions carefully (with hints and guidance along the way). This is not a technical assessment so you won't need to gather the details or documentation. 

  • Take your time answering each questions. There are only about 30 questions that you can complete under an hour.  However, if you need to take a break and come back, the PHC tool will save your  responses and your spot. ​

Step 3:
Receive & review report
+ get ready to take action! 

  • Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your report. If you don't receive it, please check your spam and then contact us. 

  • Download your report containing your results and insights into every question, and your current data risk profile and current privacy maturity.

  • Review your report to: 

    • Build awareness of how privacy impacts your business (including things you are doing well and areas for improvement) 

    • Build confidence of how to put privacy into practice (including specific actions you can take to improve your privacy readiness) 

  • Use your report and guidance to drive discussions and decisions with your teams, leadership and professionals that will help you put the report into action.
